A KUKA Quantec R3100 6 axis robot with its linear rail in ceiling configuration has been moved over 60km to be relocated in Eberswalde (DE) This includes of course all the safety hardware and the milling package components. Last but not least, the 22 ton steel structure also had to be reinstalled in the new building. Thanks to the help of the Scholpp team, and collaborators of the HNEE, this complete operation lasted less than 3 weeks.
My role on the project:
- -Global relocation coordination
- -Complete removal and re-installation of all components
- -Complete re-calibration of the cell
- -Instruction & Workshop to the future users
